A luxury agricultural estate where terraced coffee groves, olive orchards, and citrus gardens cascade down canyon hillsides — anchored by four private OOD House retreats, each with its own sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, and private lanai with panoramic ocean views.
Elevation ranges from 1,236 to 1,560+ feet. Four distinct parcels climb from the Lookout Road entrance through oak groves and pine forests to the summit ridge. South-facing slopes catch ocean breezes and year-round sun. Deep canyons hold moisture. The Pacific Ocean is visible from every high point.
Lowest parcel. Main house, entrance, dense oak clusters.
Mid-elevation. Dirt roads, pine trees, moderate slopes.
Upper-mid. Dense brush, steeper terrain, road access.
Highest parcel. Summit views, existing structures near road.

The original cabin at Lookout Ranch — a rustic structure in Parcel 1 with concrete pad and deck, sitting among heritage oaks at the lowest elevation of the property. This is the owner's residence and operational headquarters, connected to Lookout Road for primary access.

The journey begins at the base of the canyon. A gravel road winds upward through native chaparral and coastal sage scrub, the Pacific glinting in the rearview mirror.

Every crop is placed based on the ALTA survey contours — coffee on the shaded mid-slopes under existing oak canopy, olives on the upper hillsides where steeper terrain provides drainage, citrus and avocado in the protected lower areas, saffron on the flat bench in Parcel 2. The greenhouse sits beside the duck pond at the Parcel 1-2 boundary where terrain flattens. No equipment visible. Pure luxury resort aesthetic.

Three Extended Houses are positioned along the dirt road network at increasing elevations — from 1,345 ft in Parcel 2 to 1,450 ft in Parcel 4. Each sits on its own graded pad with unobstructed views. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape. The mirror facade reflects the surrounding terrain, making each cabin nearly invisible.

The southernmost OOD retreat, perched on a flat bluff in lower Parcel 1 among towering 50-ft canopy pines (48" and 30" trunks marked on ALTA). Completely secluded from the other cabins — over 1,000 ft away from the nearest unit. The mirror glass facade reflects the pine canopy, making the cabin vanish into the forest. South-facing with filtered ocean views through the canyon mouth.

Set on a flat shelf along the eastern boundary near Corral Canyon Road at 1,540 ft. The ALTA shows spot elevations of 1,541.0, 1,543.1, and 1,545.0 with widely spaced contours — a natural flat bench carved by erosion. This is the most dramatic perch on the property: a sheer canyon drop to the east with unobstructed views across the Santa Monica Mountains. Over 1,500 ft from the nearest cabin.

Tucked into a natural bench on the western slope of Parcel 3, where the ALTA marks an existing BLDG at ~1,450 ft with widely spaced contours indicating flat terrain. Surrounded by dense brush that provides complete visual screening. Accessible via the dirt road that curves through the property's western canyon. West-facing for spectacular sunset views over the Pacific. Over 1,200 ft from any other cabin.

The crown jewel of Lookout Ranch. This Big Monolith sits on the northern flat area of Parcel 3 at the road junction where the ALTA marks an existing BLDG at ~1,391 ft, surrounded by mature oak trunks (2-8" and 6" noted on survey). The largest OOD cabin, with a full living area and floor-to-ceiling glass walls on three sides. Positioned at the central crossroads of the property — equidistant from all other cabins yet completely private, screened by the oak grove. The mirror facade reflects the ancient oaks and mountain sky.

Each of the four OOD House retreats has a dedicated, private wellness compound — a separate sauna building, cold plunge pool, outdoor jacuzzi, steam shower, and infrared light therapy room. No shared facilities. Your wellness ritual, your schedule, your solitude.
OOD-designed cedar barrel sauna with glass front door, positioned for ocean views. Heats to 185°F with Finnish-style dry heat and optional steam. Separate building from the cabin for full privacy.
Enclosed steam room with eucalyptus aromatherapy system. Full-body steam at 110-115°F for deep relaxation and respiratory benefits. Integrated into the cabin's en-suite bathroom.
Temperature-controlled cold plunge pool maintained at 39-50°F. Dark stone surround with natural wood deck. Located in the private wellness compound adjacent to the sauna.
Circular hydrotherapy jacuzzi with adjustable jets and temperature control. Positioned on the lanai for sunset ocean views. Seats 4-6 guests comfortably.
Full-body red and near-infrared light therapy panels (660nm + 850nm). Dedicated room within the wellness compound. Promotes recovery, skin health, and cellular regeneration.

Each stay includes private wellness amenities, farm-to-table breakfast, and guided property tours. Minimum 2-night stay.

The highest point of Lookout Ranch — a common area for special events featuring a sealable bar and grill with 360° panoramic views of the Santa Monica Mountains and Pacific Ocean. String lights, fire pits, and a stone terrace create an unforgettable venue for private events, wine tastings, and sunset gatherings.
